Frequently asked questions
How often should I have my Louisville lawn mowed?
Most Louisville lawns need weekly mowing from mid-April through early October. During the peak of summer heat or drought, growth slows and bi-weekly is often enough. Cool-season fescue lawns push a second growth burst in September and October. We match the schedule to your grass, not to a calendar.
Do you charge for a cut I don't actually need?
No. If we arrive and the lawn genuinely doesn't need cutting — during drought or slow growth — we skip it and don't bill for that visit. Our long-term clients consistently tell us this is one of the biggest reasons they stay with us.
What's included in a mowing service?
Every visit includes mowing, string trimming around beds, fence lines, and obstacles, edging along hard surfaces (driveway, walkways, curbs), and blowing off clippings from paved areas. We leave the property looking finished, not just cut.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry full business insurance and are a registered Kentucky LLC. We're also A+ rated with the Better Business Bureau and hold an active USDOT carrier number. If a rock kicks up and something happens, you're covered — that matters, and most single-truck operations don't have it.
